Free and paid work
Coverage, source catalog, source health, and jurisdiction resolution are free. Paid tools use MPP with Tempo stablecoin settlement. LocalProof resolves identity, jurisdiction, source routing, and operation eligibility before issuing a payment challenge, so unsupported or held work fails before payment.
Paid results include the additive Davisville Receipt Envelope v1. If settlement succeeds but delivery fails, retry the identical request with the identical credential during the documented recovery window instead of creating a new purchase.
Choose the narrowest tool
Use focused check_* tools for one evidence class. Use build_property_intelligence_pack for a broad current property package, compare_sites for two or three San Francisco candidates, build_development_due_diligence for the deepest released San Francisco development package, and check_property_changes for repeat polling from an ISO 8601 since timestamp.
